The requirement was to house two groups of the company pyramid - employees and the company heads. The building is conceived as two individual blocks with connecting bridges at two levels. 

 

The building is raised by half a floor to achieve the ground at a higher level and minimise cutting for the basement parking. The reception of the building as a glass diamond between the two buildings opens up to the lush green courtyard. The courtyard at the lower ground level is adjacent to the common dining area for the employees and a multipurpose space which can be used for common gatherings for the company or could be leased out for exhibitions or other uses. The common space hence provides an opportunity for additional income generation.
